Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to me. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to me and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore I do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the your request and expense.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
